Precision sliding chuck GHPPG

The precision sliding chuck GHPPG is fitted with an integrated cylinder. Clamping repeatability is less than 0.002 mm, even over the long service life. The clamping force can be fine-adjusted via a clamping valve.

The steep angle of the chuck guide provides an excellent down-pull effect. The precision sliding chuck shown here is fitted with a taper mount. The clamping inserts are screwed in. Below is the air supply with media channel, air supply control or coolant supply are options. Lubrication is vialubricating nipples on the chuck body.

Our sliding chuck GHPPG is used in grinding machines and for hard turning.
