GHZP-195.00/1

The challenge for this device was to realise numerous functions with only four connections. The GHZP-195.00/1 is one of several clamping devices made by us for clamping parts for turbo loaders.

The GHZP-195.00/1 is an hydraulically actuated centre and facing chuck with integrated cylinders. The work piece is pushed against a stop with an insertion aid, then positioned against a fixed stop with an alignment guide, centred using a sliding jaw expansion mandrel and then face clamped with a bridge. Prior to machining, the sliding jaw expansion mandrel is retracted. The position of the work piece is checked via a work piece control unit.
