GHHY-2B-250.00/23-2

The GHHY-2B-250.00/23-2 is only one of many clamping devices manufactured by Geiger + Haag which are used to machine cams.

In the illustrated chuck, the inserted work pieces can be positioned precisely at two levels via the intricately worked chucks. To this purpose, the work piece is clamped between four rollers. The long stroke of the chuck and the adjustability of the clamping jaws via threads result in a high degree of adaptiveness of the fixture for different work piece ranges. Special cam types are covered by using adapted clamping situations, for example, clamping between rollers combined with interchangeable fixed inserts. This hydraulic two-jaw lever chuck is fitted with an integrated cylinder.
