This Microzent chuck with integrated pneumatic cylinder has a clamping repeatability accuracy of 0.002 mm (2 µm). The operating range of 0.5 to 10 bar permits optimal clamping adjustment to the work piece, especially for deformation-sensitive work pieces.

The dual effect of the clamping cylinder allows its use for both external and internal clamping. A through-hole for coolant supply is possible from size 150 mm upwards.

Lubrication is performed via lubricating nipples on the base jaws. We supply steel or aluminium clamping jaws, the latter also as segmented jaws.

Our Microzent chucks GHPP / GHHPP are used in lathes, grinding machines, measurement equipment and in indexing equipment.
